The successful candidate will bring 8+ years of large farming experience. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational and leadership abilities. Your experience should include a sound knowledge of state of the art farming equipment, in addition to precision farming practices and data management.

Education/Training
A Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture preferred but will consider a College Diploma in combination with significant farming experience.
